The Internet Technology

Now, it's not too much to say that we can't live without the Internet technology. We depend on it. Emaling, Skype, SNS, like Facebook and mixi, and websites, they are all free, so they are very easy to use.

I use my laptop almost everyday. It's very useful! I've got it when I was in the grade 11 for studying abroad. From that time, I often use it to gather information for my presentation or paper, to check my Email, and blogging. Recently, Skype is my favorite to get in touch with my friend.

The internet is very useful and easy to use, but all of the information on it are not true, so we must see which one is exact information.

end of the semester..

This week, all the students in KGU are very busy because we have a lot of things to do! like studying for final exams, preparing presentations, writing reports, and so on.

I have lots of tasks to do too, but I work part time, so I hardly have anytime to study. I would less my part time work, but I should consider about my daily life and saving some money for studying abroad too.

I usually make a list of tasks to do, and I would work on the task which is near deadline, but presentations are need research, so should think about it too.

I want my teachers to .. ease up on us LOL But anyway, I will fisnish my tasks before deadline!

New Boy

I've watched the film "New Boy". This was a story about the boy named Joseph from Africa, who has miserable past and the teacher and students in Ireland.

This film didn't tell me that much information about his back ground. I only know are he was from Africa, his father, working as a teacher got killed by rifle in front of him, he spoke English, and somehow he came to Ireland.

And I could find some differences between two classes, African class and Ireland class. First one, the students in Ireland use the notebooks and pencils when they studied, but the students in Africa used the black boards and chalks and they returned them to teacher after class.

Joseph and 2 boys had a fight, so they were punish by their teacher, then their class mate, Isabella called their teacher "bitch", then the boys looked at eache other and laughed. I've experienced like that situation before. Sometimes, unexpected happening develop a friendship. There was a laughter and also new friendship. Like that thing and that people can fit in the new culture..those are filmmaker wanted to tell us. ..i guess.

Cell phone manner

In Japan, people think these cell phone manners, like not talking on the cell phone on the train and turning off the cell phone around the priority seat for elderly people and disabled people are universal.

The reason why we should turn off the cell phone around the priority seat is there might be somebody with pacepaker. Electromagnetic ray from cell phone affect pacemakers used by people who has heart problems.

2 years ago, when I was in Canada, I saw some stickers of teaching cell phone manner on the side of the train and the bus and there were some signs at a station too, and they were almost same kinds of cell phone manner, so I think there is not that much differences between these 2 countries.

These days, A lot of people don't have the sense to use cell phone. We should consider about the cell phone manner.
